particular focus on the defense of federal drug and fraud cases.
I am also an aggressive appellate advocate, handling sentencing hearings, criminal appeals, and post-conviction proceedings on behalf of clients who come to me after they have been convicted of a crime at the trial level. I am particularly experienced at identifying and presenting to the appellate courts the legal issues on which the appeal is based.
